- Through her love of film and television Sandy knew her path in life was to perform. From a very young age with a hairbrush for a microphone Sandy would spend hours practising her acting skills in front of a mirror. After continuous coaching and training from names such as Chum Ehelepola and Greg Apps Sandy has gained a broad range of skills and qualifications in TV, radio, professional make-up, journalism, interior designing and criminal investigation and psychology……… just to name a few.
With her many talents Sandy has gone on to appear in TV commercials for big name brands such as Coca Cola, Crown Casino Perth and Liebe + Haus. She has also taken part in TV presenting, theatre, film, holds 1st place title for Miss Italy beauty pageant and became the ambassador for the Grid Bar in Perth.
Growing up Sandy enjoyed the simple things in life and making people smile was her main focus, her hobbies and interests included fashion, fitness & beauty, motorbike riding, ballroom dancing and acting. Sandy has participated in many charity events and recently assisted in a suicide prevention program. Sandy reads, writes and speaks fluent Italian.
At the age of 28 Sandy survived a heart attack and underwent a triple bypass open heart surgery, this made her realise how precious life can be and how you cannot take it for granted. In experiencing this traumatic event this only made Sandy’s passion and drive stronger to pursue her lifelong dreams. As Sandy quotes “you have to embrace faith to embrace life” and with her strength and will power she is willing and ready to take on any challenges life has to throw her way.
