- Based in Perth, Western Australia, Ellin has been a performer from a very early age, appearing in productions and competitions locally, as well as interstate and abroad. Initially training as a dancer, she went on to complete her dance teaching qualifications through the C.S.T.D. syllabi and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Theatre and Drama.
As a performer she has amassed a broad skill set which includes stage combat, dance choreography and directing; as well as musical instruments (clarinet, piano and guitar) and modelling. A singer and dancer as well as an actress, Ellin has a keen interest in Musical Theatre and is currently completing her Doctoral Thesis in this area. She currently teaches dance and musical theatre to young people both in Perth and abroad, and she herself has studied tap, modern jazz, ballet, hip hop, musical theatre, contemporary, lyrical, commercial jazz, Spanish, Belly Dancing and Bollywood.
Some of her recent acting credits include; Frankenstein (Theatre 2016), Bills Included (Web Series 2015), Skaters Love (Film 2014), Extra Ordinary People (Musical 2014), The Finger in the Dyke (Theatre 2014), Ruby Moon (Theatre 2013), The Tempest (Melbourne Tour 2013) and The Winter’s Tale (Malaysian Tour 2013).
Ellin can do a range of accents including; Australian, British (General and RP), American (General).
